Move Well at Every Stage of Life
Individual sessions for adults, children and teenagers living with scoliosis.
At Studio 11, scoliosis sessions draw on principles of the Schroth Method, a specialised exercise approach developed specifically for people with scoliosis.

Many clients learn the exercises relatively quickly and are able to continue managing their scoliosis independently at home after a few sessions. I am always happy to provide follow-up support if needed.
Scoliosis in Children and Teenagers

Sessions for younger clients focus on building good movement habits, body awareness and confidence in managing their condition.
